- **License to Display:** By submitting artwork, you grant the Gallery a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to reproduce, display, and promote your work on the Site and in related marketing materials (including social media and newsletters) for the purpose of operating the Services.
- **Originality Warranty:** You represent and warrant that all submitted work is your own original creation, or that you hold all necessary rights and permissions to submit and sell it, and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- **Removal:** We reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline, remove, or delist any submission that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our content guidelines.
- **Commission/Fees:** Any commission, listing fee, or revenue split applicable to sales of your work will be disclosed separately in your artist agreement or seller dashboard.
4. Purchases
